Please follow all the rules and read them all completely. If you are found breaking a rule, you will have to pay the consquences.
Our System: If you break them, you will be warned. If you do it again, after being warned at least three times, you will be banned. If you do it once more, you will be deleted. We want Wolves of this site to follow the rules, so read them, listen, and you will have a great time here.
OOC
--One of one of the most important rules: You Abuse It, you Lose It! Which means, you post useless, sarcastic messages, you will lose the right to post. We don't put up with garbage. You use up your chances, you don't get another. I know it sounds harsh, but it has to be done for some people. --No porn pictures or anything that involves it; links, pictures, or words. It is disgusting. In fact, if you enjoy that sort of thing, we don't even want you here. --No negative comments or insults. --Remember, OOC is entirely different from IC. Do not hold grudges or stay mad at someone because of something they did during a Role- Play. Even the most evil characters can be good people in Real life. -- No going into other’s accounts, unless you had permission. -- No spamming. Period. -- No flooding what so ever. Admins will find out if you do have more than one account. -- If you want to advertise, do so on the appropiate board.
Joining
-- First, always post your Biography! You can start Role- Playing at any given time however. It doesn't have to be approved. -- Be original with your wolf. Use your imagination! -- Please stay away from cliches! The 'I am so evil and have a black pelt' gets old. Be realistic. Also, the 'I got kicked out of my pack because of the Alpha or humans' is tiring as well. -- Only one-two wolves per account. However, your bird can be on the same account as your wolf. See further threads in this boards for details. -- Please be active!
IC
-- Please, no god- moding or power- playing. -- Posts must be at least two lines after typing. I know it is hard to keep it sometimes: we all have writier's block. But we expect you to be literate. -- No swearing. Try to keep it low for younger members. That also goes for graphic hunts, etc. Put a warning in the title if you really have to go into detail. -- There are no elementals. No “Keeper” of anything. This is a realistic wolf Role-Play. Try it keep it that way. The same goes with the birds. -- There are no odd colorings or strange features for any wolf or bird. -- Don’t hold discussions that are only OOC in the IC boards. The General area is for that and you are welcome to post there. -- Try to be literate with proper grammar and no chat-speak. -- You are allowed to be in more than one place at one time.
Packs
-- You can be of any rank to join the packs. But you must have permission first by the Alpha (s). Start an IC thread in the pack lands of the pack you wish to join. -- Ranks are according to what the pack allows. -- Alphas cannot be over thrown, unless they give you permission. -- Treat your Alphas and high-ranking members with respect.
Fighting
-- Do not come out of battles without cuts or wounds. It is unrealistic. -- Fights can be held anywhere. -- Dodging every move and always being able to wound your enemy is considered god- moding. And that is against the rules. -- Try to be descriptive. Don’t just say. “The wolf cut the other wolf.” Say where you intend to jump, in what direction, amount of force, claws, teeth, etc. -- GMs and admins will observe the fight and possibly judge who wins if you PMed one of us. -- Fights can be held over mates, hate, but NOT to be an alpha of a pack!
Hunting
-- Be realistic! A pup can not kill large prey, and neither can only one! Wolves hunt in packs and use skill to do so. Birds can not kill large prey. They can wound them, but they usually only hunt rodents and such. -- Prey animals change with the seasons. -- If you have to be graphic, put a warning in the title.
Mating/ Birthing
-- You are allowed to have a mate, but you have to be of Omega rank to go to the mates board. Any threads that younger members start will be deleted! -- Act with realism! Wolves don’t cry and they certainly don’t drop rose at each other’s feet! -- If any mating has to be done, ask a GM or admin. Don’t be too graphic about it! It must be short, without any 'terms'. If it is graphic, do it via PM. -- Force Breeding can be allowed, as long as both agree OOC first. -- Birthing is allowed. Usually 2-6 cubs are born. -- Alphas usually only mate. If you are not Alpha, you must have their permission first, if you are in a pack. Remember, having cubs without permission is not looked kindly upon. And cubs don’t stand much of a chance if you are lone wolf. -- And, please, no 'pleasure breeding'. If you mate, then you are going to have pups.
Please look back here for some rules might be put on or updated. Also, look to other threads around the Red Meadow to guide you.

Note: Please remember that wolves are creatures. They have no unnatural strengths or abilities. They possess no magic. In other words, act like a wolf. Role-play as realistically as possible. Try to think of insticnts a wolf has.
Read about species of wolves on this site in order to find out how wolves act:

So, our admin asks of no one to have powers over elements. Sorry.
